Refund policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).

Personalized or custom-made gift items.

Gift cards.

Items on "Final Sale."
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at zalimoratol@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Rejected: If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a gift for the same item, please email us at zalimoratol@gmail.com.
